ZEOX Wire Leader

A wire leader is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to protect your lure from pike teeth and avoid losing a long-awaited trophy fish. Its simple construction — a length of springy wire with twists at both ends — eliminates the need for additional rig components and therefore reduces the number of potential weak points. With a little practice, the twist itself allows lures to be changed quickly without using snaps. The springy stainless-steel wire does not corrode and can easily be straightened by hand after deformation. The dark coating makes the tackle less visible in the water, which can improve results, especially when fish are inactive. The wire leader is suitable for all types of spinning fishing, but is particularly effective for twitching minnow wobblers because it helps prevent the lure from tangling with the leader during jerk retrieves.
