The main gear of the Golden Catch AIRONE reel is made of a large 32mm diameter aluminum drive gear and a brass driven gear. The driven gear is mounted on two ball bearings, one of which is located in the cage above the instant anti-reverse clutch. This design ensures reliable gear fixation without play and prevents the main gear from jamming even under heavy loads. The overall power of the mechanism is complemented by a massive oscillation spool drive carriage, fixed with an additional metal rod, ensuring the unit's reliability and durability. The precisely designed spool drive mechanism ensures even line lay across the entire spool width, without bumps and dips.

The Golden Catch AIRONE reel is equipped with 1 roller bearing for instant anti-reverse and 7 high-quality ball bearings, 2 of which are located in the under-spool unit, ensuring smooth operation of the drag during long retrieves and preventing unit wear. The remaining bearings are optimally placed in all necessary units in the reel body and line roller.

The metal power handle with an ergonomic EVA knob realizes the entire pulling potential of the Golden Catch AIRONE reel.

The metal low-profile spool, lightweight with carbon inserts, ensures long casts. The low line capacity of the spool eliminates the need for backing or minimizes its amount.
